Welcome to Sol Awakening. By booking a session, registering for a course, or attending an event, you agree to the following terms.

Services
Sol Awakening offers Reiki sessions (in-person and virtual), sound bath sessions, Reiki certification courses, sound bath practitioner training, self-discovery & authentic embodiment coaching, and events. Services are for relaxation, personal growth, and energy work purposes only, and are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Booking & Payment

Sessions and courses may require full payment or a deposit at the time of booking.
Course deposits secure your spot; remaining balances are due by the date specified at registration.
Payments are processed through third-party platforms (Eventbrite, Humanitix, or our booking tool) and are subject to their respective terms.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 72 hours before your scheduled session or event will receive a credit toward a future booking.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 72 hours before your session are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No-shows are treated the same as late cancellations.
Course deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future cohort at our discretion.

Minimum Enrollment
Courses and certain events require a minimum number of participants to run. If minimum enrollment is not met by the stated decision date, the event may be postponed or refunded at our discretion.

Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to communicate any relevant health conditions that may affect your session. You participate in all sessions, sound baths, and courses voluntarily and at your own discretion.

Assumption of Risk & Liability
Reiki, sound healing, and related practices are complementary wellness modalities. By participating, you acknowledge these are not medical treatments and release Sol Awakening from liability for outcomes related to your participation.

Photography/Media
Events and group sessions may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Please let us know in advance if you'd prefer not to be included.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
