Awakening isn't about becoming someone new — it's about remembering who you already are.
MEET SOL
reiki + sound healer // los angeles
Sol Awakening represents the sacred path back to your essence: that pivotal moment when you release the need to perform or prove, and instead reconnect with the quiet truth residing beneath the clutter. Every individual session, educational course, and immersive experience serves as a gateway to your most genuine, authentic identity.
I am Sol. As a mother, creative soul, and practitioner of Reiki since 2017 and sound healing since 2021, I have expanded my healing practice from Los Angeles to a global community. My personal path toward wellness evolved into a profound mission to provide that same sanctuary for others—a gentle environment to pause, release tension, and finally return home to your inner being.
My philosophy centers on self-exploration and living with intentionality. Utilizing Reiki, sound frequencies, energy techniques, and mindful reflection, I support individuals as they bridge the gap between their intuition and physical presence—not by attempting to repair perceived flaws, but by illuminating the innate wisdom already within.
Whether through intimate 1:1 mentorship, professional certification, or collective gatherings, this vocation has united me with a multitude of beautiful spirits—a privilege I hold in the highest regard. I am deeply honored by every person who has invited me into their sacred journey of growth.
This is Sol Awakening. Welcome home.
