Refund Policy

At Sol Awakening, all sessions, courses, and events are held with intention and limited availability, so our refund policy reflects that care.

Sessions (Reiki & Sound Bath)

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 72 hours before your scheduled session will receive a credit toward a future booking.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 72 hours before your session are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No-shows are treated the same as late cancellations and are non-refundable.

Courses & Certification Trainings

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future cohort at our discretion, provided you notify us before the course start date.

• Full payments follow the same 72-hour policy as individual sessions for any remaining balance paid.

• If a course does not meet minimum enrollment by the stated decision date, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

Events (Sound Baths, Circles, Community Gatherings)

• Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with advance notice.

• If an event is canceled by Sol Awakening for any reason, registered attendees will receive a full refund.

How to Request a Refund or Credit
Please email support@solawakening.co with your name, booking details, and request as early as possible. Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at time of booking.

Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at Sol Awakening's sole discretion.
