This session is your space to exhale. Cozy, unhurried, and held with care, your Reiki session is a return — not a performance, not a fix, just a chance to soften into your body and remember who you are beneath the noise. In-person sessions include a mini sound bath, layering gentle vibration into your energy work to deepen the release. Afterward, you'll receive an intuitive, energetic reading — insight into what came up, what's moving, and to talk through what your body & spirit may be communicating to you right now. Whether you're navigating something heavy or just craving stillness, this is a space that will always welcome you back. What is Reiki: Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hovering hands) energy healing practice rooted in the knowing that universal life force energy flows through all of us. When that energy is blocked or out of balance, it can show up as stress, fatigue, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Reiki works to clear and rebalance that flow, supporting your body's own natural ability to heal and align itself. You'll arrive and settle into a cozy, held space — no need to prepare anything, just come as you are. You'll lie down fully clothed while I use gentle touch (or work just above the body) to allow energy to flow where it's needed. In-person sessions include a mini sound bath woven in, adding another layer of release through vibration. Many people drift into a deep state of rest or even fall asleep — that's completely normal. Afterward, we'll close with an intuitive, energetic reading, where I share what came up during the session and any guidance that surfaced for you.
